Yesterday we ran the Cercedilla VII Race, as always terrific atmosphere, very good organization ... and time in doubt until the last moment that threatened rain, but ended up doing a bit of sun and heat as we walked up the ramps of the people of Madrid.
The atmosphere before the race
This year we began to address "Contrary" and even had less slope, the slopes were more followed, with the river included. Many more people than previous years, but as always, a great career.
Cercedilla is very interesting
I 1:01:25 for my heart rate monitor, a 5:45 min / km , about 10.5 km official time is 1:01:43. With dorsal 1067, finished the 283, 1533 (in general) being the 171 of my class (of 720). Ratings here.
