Introduction This 4th of November, was presented at the Instituto de Empresa (IE) the book "Toward the company reasonable" D. Joaquín Garralda, foreword by D. Ramon Jauregui and collaboration with PWC, IE, and Center PwC & IE Corporate Responsibility , which I had the opportunity to attend.

D. Joaquín Garralda presents us their thoughts and views on reasonable company, which is capable of bringing rationality and RC overcoming deep into reasonableness.
